The Echo knife is one of the lightest weight automatics on the market, weighing in at less than 2 ounces. It's a comfortable knife with grip coated injection molded handles and rubber inserts. To deploy the blade simply press the upper part of the top insert on the front of the handle. The safety is at the butt of the handle and slides to engage/disengage. The blade is black finished with a partially serrated edge. This is a budget automatic for sure, but if you're looking for a knife that is quick and easy to open and offers the peace of mind of a safety then check the Echo out.
