SHIPPING IN THE USA

Please note: There are some areas within the USA where we simply cannot ship certain restricted items (i.e. defense sprays, automatic knives, stun guns, knuckles, police batons, etc). These areas include, but are not limited to, portions of Illinois, California, Massachusetts, New York, Michigan and Texas. Exceptions are made as local laws permit (proper ID may be required at the time of purchase).

Standard shipping within the USA : Standard shipping within the continental United States is free. There are no tricks, gimmicks or anything like that. Whatever you order will be carefully packaged and mailed and there won't be a shipping or handling charge. For those of you who live in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO and FPO addresses, shipping is also free.

Order places with the free shipping are usually shipped within 1-2 Business Days. Shipping time is usually about 5-9 days. Shipping is done with USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Priority shipping in the USA: If you want expedited shipping (and delivery) you can purchase priority shipping. The base price is $6.00 and then $1.00 for each knife purchased (subject to change). If you purchase priority mail your order will be bumped to the top our shipping schedule and your order will usually be mailed within 1 Business Day of purchase. Please note that orders placed after 8:00 AM Friday morning are shipped at the beginning of the following week, 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time is usually 3-4 days. Priority orders are insured against loss and damage through our company. Shipping is done with USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Express shipping in the USA: If you're in a big hurry you can purchase Express shipping. Express orders are given full precedence and often you will receive you items the next day (they must be signed for unless you indicate otherwise in the comments box when you checkout). Express mail is $17.00 for up to two knives and then $6.00 for each additional knife. Delivery time is usually 1-2 days. Express shipping comes with a tracking number and is insured. Express orders placed after 8:00 AM will ship the next business day. Shipping is done with USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. If you need overnight shipping please contact us for pricing and arrangements. Some oversized items do not qualify for Express shipping.

IMPORTANT: When you checkout you will be presented with the shipping options. The price will be calculated and all you need to do is select the option you want. Remember- there is no pressure to get expedited shipping! The free shipping gets the job done, is easy on your wallet and it's free!

ABOUT SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders may be sent via FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS at our discretion. If you have a particular preference regarding your shipping method please let us know prior to shipping. Additional charges may apply. Some restricted items may may require ground shipping (i.e. lighter fluid, defense sprays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The following information is a guideline for international shipping. Please note that until further notice, all international customers will still need to CONTACT US directly to inquire about placing an order.

Shipping costs depend on carrier, weight and size of package, and other factors. We will calculate your shipping charges during the checkout process. Charges can range anywhere from $30 to $150, depending on the order.

We are excited to ship internationally, however we cannot ship to all countries yet. If your country is listed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to you at this time.

CONDITIONS

Customers wishing to purchase from us must agree to certain conditions. If you do not agree to one or more of the following conditions, we will be unable to ship to you.

International Customer Conditions:

• Pay all shipping fees
• Pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.
• Pay via Wire Transfer
• If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund UNLESS the package gets returned to us.
• Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits were applicable
• Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work

Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this.
