The Lightning OTF knife is outfitted with a clip for pocket carry, but if you're looking for a neck carry option then take a look at the Custom Linos Kydex Lightning OTF Sheath!

Got this to carry instead of my f-16, which I like a lot. I liked this ones blade shape more for actual use so picked one up. I would say the knife is good looking, snappy and sharp. One handed use, bout all you want.

I bought this because I wanted stop worrying about losing my carry knife. This is a pretty good knife. For the price it is a great knife. Fires with authority, pretty well fail safe, blade is sharp and strong and tight when extended.
Now the negatives; pocket clip came loose. I tightened it with a little blue locktite, problem solved. Paint is chipping. Oh well, if these are the only flaws, it is well worth the price.
I have had this knife about a month, carry it daily and it works just like the day I opened the package.

Yellow single-edge lightning

At first I thought I liked the dagger bladed version better, as I have a red one, but after receiving this single edged yellow one I'm not so sure anymore! This one has the sharpest factory edge I've ever gotten on an otf regardless of brand....idk if I just lucked out, but it shaves hair off of my arm & hand with ease. Action is solid as always. Hex screws just needed a lil tightening, added some wd-40 then we're in business. It's handy having the dual edge on the dagger bladed version, but the single edge is just as pointy & this one is much much sharper w/ a beautiful blade. Nothing tops the lightning in terms of quality delivered at this price point.
Seems to be a decent value for the $

I got mine today and I've probably fired it atleast 100 times, it hasn't misfired on me at all. Blade shoots out with authority, and goes back in just the same. Came somewhat sharp, touched it up on the stone, razor sharp now. The only thing to be aware of is the paint is horribly cheap on this thing, it's already worn silver on many parts of the knife just from shipping and a few hours of carry.
For $40 I don't think you can get a better otf edc knife you don't have to worry about ruining. This knife will see every day use by me until something breaks.
My advice, don't fall for the color hype like I did because if you decide to carry this knife, the paint won't last. Seriously it just looks like someone bombed it with yellow spray paint, you could probably scratch it off with your finger! Buy the cheapest one on sale, unlike me haha
Overall these lightnings seem to be hit or miss, and I got a good one, if you do too I believe you will be happy with what you got for your dollars.

I purchased two. I thought one would malfunction or break on me. Well, it did, twice. Once when a dime went into the front opening where the blade springs out. Just shake it a few times and the spring inside simply resets it's self. Amazing product. Oh, the other time was because I tried opening the knife w/an object in front of the knife opening. I guess that is a safety feature. A little shake rattle and the springs rolled right back into place. Works great. Best knife I ever owned.
