Typical AKC disappointments.

The blade action was very stiff upon arrival. I had to oil it and fire it A LOT before it would reliably open. The blade was way too dull upon arrival for such an expensive knife. It's fine now, but when I fork over 70 bucks for a pocket knife, I expect it to be sharp and functional upon arrival. Cone on, AKC. Get your game together. SKM and FB are burying you with quality and often with price.

I've own this knife now for over a year and have no problems with it. Beautiful knife, sharp, fires right open, sturdy very solid, this is an excellent piece, this is one of my favorites, this is the real deal a must have, I say get one now before they sell out or you'll be stuck for months, and I never had any problems with bladeplay the best thing is free shipping.
