I'm a longtime knife collector and martial artist. I was pleasantly surprised by this inexpensive knife.
With a price under ten dollars my expectations for this knife were low. I purchased it on a whim based only on its photograph; I liked the way it looked. But,when I unboxed it, I was quickly impressed by the quality.
The steel liners are thick, the locking mechanism is reliable and strong, and the spring assist is smooth and snappy. The G-10 scales feel great in the hand and have just the right amount of texturing. The finish is just a tiny bit crude, but the fit is perfect. The edge only needed a bit of sharpening.
One improvement would to make the pocket clip reversible for right or left hand carry but, for under ten bucks, this knife simply rocks.
After a had this for a while I found that the screws holding the scales were not tightened at the factory and I lost several before I notied the problem.
