Description

The Titan OTF knife represents a great balance of functionality, usability and value. It has a black coated handle with grip inserts, ensuring slip-resistance. The double-edge dagger blade is stainless steel and has a black finish. The firing button is mounted on the side, making the Titan slim and unobtrusive. The pocket clip is mounted on the back and fastened with a glass breaker tip.

First off the grip is really good. It has a course sand paper type grip inserts. The automatic action is fairly fast and strong, both in and out. The firing button has a good grip to it as well. The black dagger blade is already sharp, looks great with the three holes through the blade and there's very little slack in the blade at all. The clip is reversible and is quite strong. The nut holding the clip on is also the window breaker. It's not too long as to get hung up on anything. It appears to be able to break glass, but I haven't. This one will make a great EDC. I do believe I'll be buying a few other colors and blade styles with this one. A++
Dual action, pretty cool

The Titan is the best OTF knife for the money. Cheaper OTF's open slowly and might fail (night owl). The Titan has sandpaper grip inserts and it comes in many colors. I got mine in orange. Bought another one for my Dad. The hex screws that assemble the knife are very very small and might need a bit of up-keep and tightening when it arrives. It also has a double edge blade I think is pretty badass. I'd recommend this knife or the Boker Kalashnikov 74 because for the price it's as good as they come.
Awesome knife

Updated/Edited Review - 11/15/2019: The Titan line of knives (just like the Lightning brand), are well worth the the small investment, and then some. The action is strong, fast and reliable. They are real knives that perform real tasks and can take a real beating. I have found that the newer models have higher tolerances with much less blade play than the older models. Though they do still have just a bit of play both side to side and edge to spine which is acceptable when you're considering the reliability of blade deployment and retraction out in the field. In fact, it's the tolerances of these knives that helps prevent them from misfiring and jamming as a result of the infiltration of dirt, sand, pocket lint, and other debris. This misfiring and jamming out in the field is common among many of the higher end, high tolerance and expensive OTF-DA knives abound. I know this from first hand experience. The blades hold their edge quite well and are relatively easy to touch up and resharpen. The finish on the handles will eventually wear down in the areas that constantly get rubbed on, but this is to be expected. The grip tape inserts and jibbing are a definite plus. The pocket clip is strong and keeps these knives securely in place and the glass breaker pommel is a nice added detail and is truly functional. I would highly recommend the Titan line of knives for EDC to anyone looking for a practical, tough and reliable OTF-DA knife design.
Skateboard grip tape?

Don't get me wrong I really like this knife so far. If you look at the cut out areas that look like they have some kind of grippy texture... That's grip tape just like on a skateboard. The grip tape did t fit perfectly down in the cut out area so I had to take a screw driver and push the edges down into the recesses, but not a big deal. The spring and action on this knife is really solid. I have not had any issues with it deploying so far. It's a little bit longer than the Lightning and the pocket clip is a lot stiffer. All around I like the Lightning a little better, but this knife is great too.
