I purchased my first lightning about 12 years ago from Blade Play. I use it all the time. I have used it so much the anodizing has almost all worn off but it still works flawlessly. The blade still takes a good EDC edge. I use it mostly to cut boxes and the like. It is also good for annoying you wife (but I didn’t say that.) After all this time it still opens with a snap.
Best bang for your buck..

This is a really good EDC knife. I use it to cut everything I can at work...(boxes,tape,plastic) I put it to the test everyday. Its a great dependable knife. I love the price And the snappy response when I push the switch. Thank you blade play for your awesome priced knives. I can't wait until I use the titan off that my wife just bought me.

The action on this knife is snappy both ways! Feels solid & the blade arrived fairly sharp. The blade has a bit of wobble once extended open.

After using this knife for EDC, I have discovered that the red powder coating has already began rubbing off. That concerns me for the long haul. I am considering some type of lacquer or coating to seal in the red color. For this price, I still consider this knife a value that is simply outstanding.
My second order with Bladeplay & all has gone very well.

Ordered knife on Monday 8/28 & delivered to my home (Texas) on Friday 9/1.

These are very snappy reliable OTF knives. Blade comes quite sharp. The pocket clip is a little on the weak side.
