Not as described and it broke within 4 days

I ordered this knife just a couple days ago, and not only did the blade not sit flush within the handle so that the blade tip was dangerously sticking out. But the blade spring broke in half just from closing it 4 days after I got it. Also, The lever lock that is shown in the picture on the website, (which is depicted having a hole in it), was not on my knife, it's just a flat piece of metal that also picks up multiple indents from where the opening spring is. It is also specified that there are brass liners, but those also appear not to be present, the whole knife seems to just be made out of nickle. I don't know if this is a fake rip off Hubertus or what, but considering the price that these are, I am very disappointed.
