This out-the-front switchblade and lighter knife fires in and out automatically. The 1.8" double edged blade fires and retracts very quickly and the built-in lighter is a blast to fidget with. Black colored body. Refillable butane. We don't recommend the using the knife for much more than a letter opener or cleaning fingernails maybe. A great gift and novelty item.

Not as I expected

Don't get me wrong I love the fact that the knife is only $10 and I knew in the back of my mind that it would be cheap. But like others I've never had and out of the front knife and I thought it would be cool to have lighter with it but I just got the knife and I have to sharpen it cause its dull and the metal looks a bit flimsy.

Received this little blade and it is sharp! And so cool to add to my collection. I've never seen one like it before, nice defense or whatever you need it for. Tool plus a lighter all in one. Cant beat that definitely worth the money! And the people at bladeplay were so helpful with me thanks you guys!

Great little otf. Don't get me wrong it's very cheap and misfires, but it's $10 for a cool little box cutter and a lighter in one. Just use a little glue to keep the slide button on they can come off. Plastic internals but easy to oil u can take apart or just drip some into the slot for the switch.

I always wanted an out the front automatic knife. I use a blade to open boxes at work often and wanted something small and light with a cool factor and this knife is perfect. Hasn't failed me yet, smooth and quick operation. It's a little cheap feeling compared to other knives... But cmon, it's $9... Since I'm a smoker I also use the lighter so.. Double win! ; )
EDIT:
I have to take 1 star away. Why? Well it was seemingly a die hard and sturdy little device. Shortly after my initial review, I started experiencing misfires. Not a huge problem. But only a month more, it came apart. I have no clue what happened.. In my pocket without being struck, the sliding handle came off and the top part that is the piezo style lighter lever went with it. I can't explain it. I'm very mechanically inclined, yet I could not for the life of me figure this guy out. It was awesome and cool. If it were still with me it would still have 5 stars. I still recommend this product despite what happened. It was a fluke, and I'm sure it rarely happens
