Description

Description

The Xiphos Butterfly features silver finished stainless steel handles, with blue acrylic scales. The blade is silver finished 1065 stainless steel with drop point style.

The knife also has an important feature worth noting. The Xiphos uses two tang pins instead of one (these are the pins that stop the handles from pivoting). This means that the handles won't hit each other, lock-up is tighter and blade wear is reduced.

Please Note: As with all butterfly knives, please be sure to maintain and tighten the screws, especially the pivot screws. We recommend using a threadlocker (Click HERE!) for best results. Adjust with care, we do not warrant stripped screws!

Good quality handles for the price. Satisfied with my purchase. Customer service is top-notch!!! I haven't tried the other websites, but my next purchase will be a benchmade and it will be from this seller.
Smaller than expected, but fantastic.

I got this knife on sale for about $14, while the retail value is $38.

Overall, the knife feels very high quality and flips smoothly and feels very stable in construction. The acrylic scales on the handles are under-rated in my opinion. It warms up much better than metal and is much easier to grip, meaning that cold hands won't be a problem with this knife.

The only problem that I've had is that the smaller size makes it more difficult to do rollovers, but with some practice and getting used to it is just as good as an average sized balisong.

Of all the knives at the price I got this one at, this has to be the best one I've gotten.
