Tough reliable knife. Awesome. Dependable. Use everyday all day at work .finish sucks and comes off fast who cares..this thing is like an AK. TOUGH AND RELIABLE. easy disassemble for oil and minor tweaking...going on 3 yrs.

I am a weapons collector. Everything from Full Auto to semis ... Rifles, pistols, revolvers, even black powder. But I'm also into primitives. Slingshot ( laser guided ), blowguns, darts, crossbows, mini-crossbows. And then there are my knives. My go to EDC is my Benchmade Commissary 3.5" combo blade. Stropped to a hair whittling scary sharp edge. If not my BM, then its my Ultratech. DA, double sided, combo blade. Fastest in-out in the world.
I just got my red Titan two days ago and thought I'd take it for a field test up in the foothills of the Oregon Cascades where we were headed for the day. Wasn't out of the Jeep 15 minutes before we ran into a big assed Timber rattler. 4 1/2 ft long and FAT as my arm. Had my Titan in my hand fortunately as I kicked over the small log he was hiding under. Deployed it in a second and since I was still outside of his strike range and being a really good knife and star thrower, chose to toss this knife right thru his fat body. Perfect results. The well balanced body of this knife made the 8 1/2 ft NO-SPIN throw almost too easy. Pinned him to the log and my kid and I made our rapid getaway. Wasn't going to stick around and try and retrieve my Titan. Not today anyway. Should make a hell of a story for the lucky person who finds it, snake skin and all. If it wasn't for my Red Titan, who knows how this story would have turned out ... or who'd be writing it. GREAT KNIFE ... A Life Saver for sure.
