Mantis MU-2 Phil A. Folding Fillet Knife (6" Plain)

This Mantis Phil A. folder is an ideal fish fillet knife. It faetures a slim and thin blade with an ideal amount of flex for carving meat. The AUS-8 stainless steel blade is flat ground and satin finished. The slim handle is a made from a carbonic polymer that is set atop a stainless steel frame with a spine lock mechanism for strong locking action. The Phil A. from Mantis is a great fillet knife at a great price!
