At nearly 10" overall, the Boker Plus Manual Kalashnikov Folder is a large, sturdy knife. The grip is contoured and feels very good in the hand. The action is smooth and the lock-up is like a fixed blade. The Boker Kalashnikov 101 features a black FRN handle and a bead blasted 440C blade with a partially serrated edge. This manual-action blade is opened with the ambidextrous thumb disc. There is a flipper on the back so the operator can push the blade out a bit and finish the job with a simple flick of the wrist. Other features: 1.5mm stainless liners, glass breaker tip, liner lock, and a tip-up pocket clip.
