Gerber's Guardian Back-Up knife is small unassuming and has a low profile designed specifically for tactical self-defense. The Guardian has a full-tang black oxide coated stainless tanto blade with a partially serrated edge. The Santoprene-covered nylon handle is comfortable to grip and is equally comfortable in a wet and cold climate.

The Guardian includes a hard plastic sheath with an adjustable tension mechanism, so you can control the blade withdrawal resistance. The clip on the sheath makes this easy to attach to your boot, belt or other strap.
