Size Specs Are Wrong, No Edge

Once in a while I buy novelty knives like this just for their unique looks and features. One of the things that drew me to this knife was the 4" blade which is something that is rare in these budget novelty knives. Sadly, the blade is not four inches. It's only 3.5" with a 3.25" "cutting" surface. I say "cutting" because the edge is completely dull. It won't cut paper. I even pressed it into my palm and sliced without even a scratch to my skin. It's still has a solid build and lockup and the ergonomics are really nice.
