The Black Quandary is a good butterfly that flips well and feels comfortable in hand. It features a black finished 440 stainless blade with double tang pin and skeletonized handle with pocket clip. The screw construction allows you to easily disassemble for adjustments and cleaning.

Please Note: Make sure to maintain and tighten the screws in all your butterfly knives, especially the pivot screw! We recommend using a threadlocker for best results and safe use.

Great Knife

first off, disregard the negatives in the other review. Its a GREAT KNIFE for the price. A couple things I recommend, buy thread-locker right off, with in a day or so i already had to adjust the screws, so that is a must. Also consider buying 2 2mm Allen wrenches, for adjusting.
Nice edge, attractive handles, rest is trash.

Like how the title suggests, I was very pleased with the blade itself Nice edge, and a very sharp tip. The handle is of course sandwich constructed, but they are still nice, chunky, and it gives this knife a decent heft. Lastly, this is a very attractive looking balisong, in my opinion. However, when it comes to operation, this knife is garbage. Out of the box, upon opening the blade, it was incredibly stiff! I thought to myself "No way this is going to flip!" Oiling it up helped, but only barely. I also think it's worth mentioning that the latch is a total chore to lock each and every time. I began to use it as my daily carry, thinking that the more I played around with it, the more it'd loosen up. One evening, I was showing my fiancee a couple tricks when out came flying the tang pin! After that incident, there is absolutely no way I could recommend this balisong to anybody. I want to believe I just got one out of a bad batch, but better safe than sorry and this knife definitely made me feel very very sorry.
