You get Extremely good performance out of this knife especially considering the price I see no reason not to pick one up if you haven't already. I've experienced no problems at all with it and the zinc coating helps with grip. The knife just has a great feel to it and if you're new to balisongs, this is a perfect upgrade from a trainer but BE WARNED, the knife comes hair shaving sharp out of the box and to be honest I nicked myself within the first 5 minutes. It was so unbelievably sharp that the cut didn't even hurt and I didnt feel it until the blood started going down my hand xD

Out of all the knives I own, this one is hands-down my favorite. It flips wonderfully, and it's very durable if you accidentally drop it. The hinges come pre-oiled, and it only takes a few flips before it's smooth as silk. It's a bit on the heavy side, but after a few flips you really stop caring. Excellent knife for the price.

I've had this knife for about 2 days and right out of the box it obviously is a bit stiff on the handles but luckily there is already a dab of oil on both hinges that help break it in within 2 days. This is a very solid and compact knife with a bit of weight to it which feels nice in your hand. Flipping is really smooth too once it's broken in but be aware that if you're going from a more lightweight butterfly to this butterfly, you'll probably have to re practice some of your tricks (at least in my case). I would buy this again or even try the Tanto style blade from this company. Very awesome knife guys!
