I love knives, especially switchblades; to me, this knife strikes me as the ultimate hybrid.

It has the automatic leverletto like spring mechanism, the handle of a professional chefs knife, the blade of a straight razor, and the appearance of a common pocket knife.

The handle at first, struck me as cane like and unbalanced, rest assured, whilst held in your hand, it is very ergonomical: the curve contours itself around your hand while the blade remains absolutely flush and laser straight....It also reminds one of how much strength the pinky finger adds to the whole hand.

The blade seemed a bit wide and thick at first with its survival knife like shape, but it's curve and depth give it a gradual syringe needle type of design. I also love the sound of it firing: instead of the traditional metallic click, it resembles that of knuckles being cracked.

Kudos to the Campolin family, they really outdid themselves on this one... kudos also to bladeplay dot com for superb shipping and processing time during the holidays.

very nice

I own a lot of auto knives and several AGA Campolins. Really like this knife. Very well made, locks up super tight, fires hard. Overall a beautiful knife. Very pleased.
