Edit*: They are sending me a new knife free of charge with no return necessary because of the broken lock. Very satisfied with customer service and my knife. Definitely deserves 5 stars now
Edit**: I received the new knife and was very excited only to find out that this knife, while the locking mechanism was working adequately, had problems with opening and closing. The knife took longer than it should to open, sometimes didn't open all the way, and when closing it, the knife locks up a bit before you close it fully.
