My 5 stars is for relevance not heirloom quality.
So,I bought one of these randomly while I was buying a different knife for myself. It's kind of similar to the style of the shell puller knife from The Outsiders, but not really. Still, at $15 it was cool enough to grab one... why not? The knife arrived and I was really surprised at the quality! Sweet! Immediately I ordered about 8 more to tuck away as random gifts. Well, I've given away 3 so far and man oh man are these things a home run! Each guy has been totally psyched and for cheap money this is something I will always have on hand for that moment when a guy to guy gift is in order. Let's face it, not many guys have switchblades so for $15 you can be a hero. I'm in!

I didn't expect all that much for the money, but this is a nice, solid, good looking and well made knife for more than twice the money. No edge to speak of, but a little effort with a hard/soft Arkansas stone fixed that. I now find myself slipping this little gem in my pocket instead of one of my much higher priced beauties. A fine and actually elegant little leverlock.

This knife is awesome. It came out of the package very sharp and has a good strong feel to it. For 15$ it's a great deal.

Im sure if I asked for a return Bladeplay would have honored it, however buyer beware of this China made knife. The lock works sporadically and must be tapped to get it to lock. The spring is held by one pin which fell out. When I tried to put in another pin I split the wood scales so my bad there. Poorly made knife overall. You get what you pay for in this one.

The most impressive part was the shipping. I ordered on a Thursday, got free shipping, and got it the next monday. That's impressive. The knife is great, the only problem is that you can hardly tell that the blade is bayonet style. other than that, totally pleased
