Description

This 11" stiletto from Frank B. is an excellent quality traditional Italian knife. This knife features a stainless steel bayonet blade, firing button, and rich dark horn handle scales. It has polished nickel silver bolsters and buttons, and beautiful brass pins and liners. The base of the blade features a finger guard which swings into place as the blade opens; thus the name "swinguard" for this style. There is a sliding safety on the handle as well to protect against accidental release of the blade. The action on this knife is fast and the lock up is secure. "Frank B Italy" is stamped on the blade tang for authenticity.

Please Note: The color on the dark horn scales will vary some from knife to knife, but this in no way affects the quality of the handle.

I love it, I let people open it up, and watch their facial expressions, you have to be careful where you have them open it, because its powerful and will fly out of some people's hand,
Makes it all worth while,
With watching them share the excitement, now on to the 13 inch.
Wrong blade type

Thought I would be getting the bayonet type blade. Sent the dagger style instead.
Other than that disappointment, the knife seems solid.

Rest assured, that there are far greater and far worse blades on the market... This is a Beltrame which is not only solid, but hard to go wrong with....

If you're looking to purchase a switchblade because you want what you've seen in the movies, look no further.

The character "Blade" from Punky Brewster and Christopher Lloyds character from "Dennis the Menace" will both show you that these knives were not meant for peeling apples..... but they are still badass as hell.
very good

Good quality knife. The safety is pretty good but of course you shouldn't rely on safeties 100% all the time. The blade is pretty sharp and it comes out fast. It's hard to close however but that shouldn't bother you.
