I've collected knives for 20 years, and have been practicing martial arts for longer than that. For the price, it would be hard to beat this knife.

It has thick steel liners and it feels great in the hand. The lock up is reliable and strong. Fit and finish are also good.

The downside is the finger ring, When doing flips and extensions for some knife fighting techniques the edges on the inside of the ring tend to skin the knuckles. If you use the knife a standard hawkbill that own't be a problem, though.

All an all, a nice blade that is more that worth the price.
