The Boker Kalashnikov is inspired by the Kalashnikov rifle. This one has a black-finished, D2, tanto blade with serrations and a black aluminum handle with black hardware and a black, deep-carry pocket clip. Its handle is contoured to feel great in your hand and promises a secure grip with jimping on its top and bottom. The Kalashnikov honors its namesake with a build you can count on.

I bought this model and blade style for having handy while doing anything that I might need quick for cutting rope, line and seat belts. The blade is big enough and long enough to do the job. I added a neck sheath for it too. It makes a dandy tool for the job. It also didn’t cost a fortune either. It comes sharp but, a little loving care made it exceptionally sharper. I am quite satisfied buying products from Grindworx; their prices and fast shipping is excellent. Boker Kalashnikov makes good products; I recommend buying this knife if it fits your needs.

I have gone through many pocket knives over the past decades and this one is by far the best yet! The clip really helps my grip since the knife feels like it wants to flip out of my hand when opening. Very solid design and put up with my abuses very well! If it would eventually fail I'd buy another without thinking twice.

I got this knife a little over a week ago, and haven’t put it down since! It opens very fast and lock really well! It hasn’t given any problems at all! I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for an automatic knife, especially as you just can’t beat that amazing GrindWorx price!

I compared this part serrated tanto knife to a Benchmade Griptillian and can't tell any difference in quality. The button was a touch stiff at first but it is so fun to open, it loosened up quickly. I like the way the knife rides low in the pocket yet can be drawn out easily. Grips feel great in the hand. Shipping was fast(and free) from Bladeplay, 5 days. I showed the knife to buddies at work, two just placed an order a minute ago. I think for someone who wants an automatic but doesn't want to drop $100-200 for one that may get lost or broken, this is what you need. It's a great quality knife for the price.
