The Anomaly automatic knife is not an Italian-made stiletto, but it sure is fun! It has a black and white acrylic handle with nickel silver bolsters, push button, and sliding safety. The stainless steel bayonet style blade with a tactical stripe black finish has a striking effect. This automatic knife has all the great things you love about the real deal without the big price tag. An awesome addition to your stiletto collection!
Customer Reviews
Now, as far as this blade goes, you get what you pay for. It is an interesting piece but mine has a tweeked/bent back spring which causes the blade to not lock up 75% of the time. I have to put a little wrist into it when depressing button to get it to lock up. Neat little knife, no where near my AB, Hubertus or Bill DeShiv tho', but I knew that going into this purchase. Pointy as a needle. Mine seems to have a decent edge but this is just going on display.
If mine wasn't outta whack it would be worth the $16.99. Someone needs to do a little QC to prevent a knife like this from leaving the warehouse.
Part 2:
Okay, now that I fired this about 100 times it's now broken in. While the backspring is still a little crooked that isn't the major reason why this does not lock up. I've realized the button is really recessed as compared to my other Autos. You really need to push down on the button with the tip of your thumb and by doing so it will fire open and lock every time. Just after a few times your thumb tip may get a little sore. Now I can say it was worth the money!!
