General Instructions | Notes on Operation
A-F
1600 OTF Extractor:

Your knife will arrive with the safety on (the safety is the silver button on the very bottom left of the knife). IN means the safety is on and OUT means the safety is off and the knife will fire when you press the button. To charge the knife, press the firing button and pull the metal thumb slider on the left of the knife down until the blade locks into place.

Boker clones:

To fire the knife press the flush firing button. Hold the button in to close the blade.

Bolstermatic:

This knife can be difficult to figure out how to open. I suggest downloading THIS VIDEO and watching it. Just right click the link and select "save target as." The Bolstermatic is opened by pivoting both halves of the knife body away from wach other. This releases the blade. Best I can do with text. Just watch the movie ;)

Commando:

To fire your knife, press the button on the right side of the knife (there are two buttons- one on each side of the knife. The button that fires the knife should be on the right side for these directions to work). To charge the knife, press down the button on the left side on the knife and pull the lanyard string out then push the charging handle back in when you have finished.

* Watch THIS VIDEO if you’re still having trouble closing the knife.

Falcon:

To fire the knife press the silver firing button. To close the knife press the firing button and push the back into place. The black button is the safety switch. When it is in the up position the knife is locked and it will not fire. When the safety is in the down position the knife is ready to fire.

G-Factor:

This one is pretty difficult to explain so we've made a video. You can watch it HERE!

G-L
Jaguar series:

To fire the knife, simply press the silver firing button. The blade will open (watch your fingers). To close the knife, press the firing button again and press the blade back into place. The Jaguars have a safety lock on the back of the knife. When the button is rolled up the knife is locked and will not fire. Roll the button down to fire your knife.

Knife Tech:

To fire the knife, simply press the silver firing button. The blade will open (watch your fingers). To close the knife, press the firing button again and press the blade back into place. Your knife blade has a bead blast finish- this type of finish will show wear as you use the knife. This is normal. The pocket clip on the back of the knife is removable- simply unscrew the three Allen screws. If they become loose during normal use, simply tighten them back up

Lever Locks:

To fire the knife, press the lever down (toward the knife, while in open position). Top close the knife press the lever down and push the blade back into place.

* You can watch THIS VIDEO to see exactly how the knife works.

M-R
N.A.T.O. / Tomb Raider knife:

To fire the knife, push the firing button forward. To retract the knife simply pull the firing button back. If you shoot the blade into something it may come out of its track (this may happen when you fire it periodically as well). Simply grab the blade and pull it all the way out. This will lock it back into its track. The double action OTF knives are not meant to be shot in and out, in and out, over and over- this can damage the mechanism. We know it’s fun, but try and refrain from it.

* Watch this video for instructions on how to install the finger ring.

* Then watch this video to see what happens when we work too much.

Ranger:

The hidden firing button is located under the rubber insert on the side that does not have the pocket clip. Press the secret button straight down- it may take a few tries to find it. The Ranger can be opened manually with the thumbstud OR with the secret button.

S-Z
SS Falcon:

To fire the knife press the silver firing button. To close the knife press the firing button and push the back into place. The silver sliding button is the safety switch. When it is in the up position the knife is locked and it will not fire. When the safety is in the down position the knife is ready to fire.

Stilettos:

To fire the knife, press the silver firing button. To retract the blade, press against the right (as opposed to left) bolster and it will pivot. This will unlock the blade- press the blade until it locks back into place. Your stiletto will come with the locking mechanism on- to unlock the knife slide the smaller silver button in the down direction.

* If you are having trouble closing your stiletto please watch this video.

SWAT:

The hidden firing button is located under the rubber insert on the side that does not have the pocket clip. Press the secret button straight down- it may take a few tries to find it. The SWAT can be opened manually with the thumbstud OR with the secret button.
